Privacy Policy
Effective date: 4 July 2026
ASDeploy respects the privacy of website visitors, prospective clients, clients, and business contacts. This Privacy Policy explains how ASDeploy collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you visit https://asdeploy.com, submit an enquiry, request a quote, communicate with us, or purchase services.
In this policy, “ASDeploy”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ASDeploy, a remote digital-services business based in Pakistan and serving clients internationally.
1. Information we collect
When you use our contact form or Request a Quote form, we may collect your name, email address, company or institution, country, requested service, estimated budget, preferred deadline, urgency, project description, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
When you engage ASDeploy for a project, we may also process documents, manuscripts, theses, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, images, code, datasets, references, templates, project instructions, revision requests, billing information, transaction references, and correspondence necessary to provide the service.
Our hosting, security, email, and infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages requested, access time, referring page, and error or security logs.
2. How we use information
ASDeploy does not sell personal information and does not use client project materials for third-party behavioral advertising.
- To receive and respond to enquiries and quote requests.
- To assess project requirements and prepare quotations or proposals.
- To enter into and perform service agreements.
- To communicate about scope, deadlines, revisions, delivery, and support.
- To process and record payments and maintain accounting records.
- To protect our website, systems, clients, and business from spam, fraud, misuse, or security threats.
- To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and comply with applicable legal obligations.
- To improve our services, workflows, and client experience.
3. Legal grounds for processing
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may process information to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to pursue legitimate business and security interests, to comply with legal obligations, or on the basis of consent where consent is required.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
4. Project materials, cloud services, and AI tools
ASDeploy may use appropriate email, cloud-storage, collaboration, code-repository, document-processing, automation, and AI-assisted tools where reasonably necessary to perform an agreed service.
We will not knowingly submit confidential or highly sensitive client information to a public AI system without an appropriate reason and authorization. Clients must communicate any restrictions relating to AI use, cloud services, confidentiality, data location, or third-party processing before work begins so those restrictions can be assessed and agreed in writing.
ASDeploy does not obtain ownership of client materials merely because those materials are processed through our systems.
5. Sharing of information
We may share limited information with providers that help operate the website or deliver services, including website hosting, EmailJS, email, cloud-storage, file-transfer, collaboration, payment, banking, accounting, and professional-advisory providers.
We may also disclose information to carefully selected contractors assisting with an agreed project, subject to appropriate confidentiality requirements, or to courts, regulators, law-enforcement authorities, or other parties where disclosure is legally required.
Service providers may process information under their own privacy policies and contractual terms. We aim to disclose only information reasonably required for the relevant purpose.
6. International processing
ASDeploy is based in Pakistan and serves clients internationally. Information may therefore be processed in Pakistan or in countries where our technology, payment, or service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from those in your country.
Where legally required, we will take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual, technical, or organizational safeguards for international processing.
7. Data retention
We may delete project working files earlier where they are no longer necessary or where a project agreement requires earlier deletion. Clients are responsible for securely retaining their source materials and final deliverables; ASDeploy is not a permanent backup service.
- Inactive or unsuccessful enquiries may generally be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful communication.
- Project working files may generally be retained for up to 12 months after final delivery unless a different period is agreed.
- Contracts, invoices, payment records, approvals, and dispute-related records may generally be retained for up to seven years where reasonably required for accounting, legal, tax, or evidentiary purposes.
- Technical and security logs are retained only for a period appropriate to operational and security needs.
8. Security
ASDeploy uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no website, email transmission, cloud service, or electronic-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
For confidential, sensitive, unusually large, or access-controlled materials, contact ASDeploy before sending files so an appropriate transfer method can be agreed.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your data is used or shared. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.
To make a privacy request, email services.asdeploy@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before responding.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
The current ASDeploy website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioral-tracking cookies. Hosting, infrastructure, or security providers may use essential technologies, server logs, or similar mechanisms necessary to deliver and secure the website.
If non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies are introduced, this policy and any required cookie controls will be updated.

ASDeploy’s services are intended for adults, professionals, researchers, businesses, and organizations. The website is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so the information can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
