Terms of Service
Effective date: 4 July 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to https://asdeploy.com and services provided by ASDeploy. By accepting a quotation, making a payment, instructing ASDeploy to begin work, or otherwise engaging ASDeploy, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your project.
“Client”, “you”, and “your” refer to the person or organization requesting or purchasing services. “ASDeploy”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ASDeploy, a remote digital-services business based in Pakistan.
1. Services
ASDeploy provides custom digital and technical services, including LaTeX and thesis formatting, document formatting and editing, Python scripting and automation, AI and large-language-model automation, scientific and graphic design, presentation design, data visualization, and technical or research support.
The precise scope, deliverables, format, revision allowance, price, payment schedule, and timeline will be stated in a quotation, proposal, order, invoice, email agreement, marketplace order, or other written project agreement.
2. Formation of a project agreement
A project agreement may be formed when you accept a written quotation or proposal, approve the scope and price in writing, make a requested payment, place an order through an agreed platform, or expressly instruct ASDeploy to begin work after receiving the project terms.
If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the project-specific written terms take priority for that project. Verbal changes are not binding unless confirmed in writing.
3. Client responsibilities
ASDeploy may rely on information supplied by the client and is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, corrupted, or unlawfully supplied materials.
- Provide lawful, accurate, sufficiently complete instructions and usable source materials.
- Confirm that you have the right to provide and authorize use of all supplied materials.
- Provide feedback, approvals, access, and payments within the agreed time.
- Review names, figures, calculations, citations, data, factual statements, and final content.
- Maintain backup copies of source materials and final deliverables.
- Obtain any institutional, publisher, employer, regulatory, ethical, or third-party approvals required for the intended use.
- Use all deliverables lawfully and in accordance with applicable licenses and policies.
4. Academic and research integrity
ASDeploy provides formatting, editing, visualization, automation, technical, and research-support services. The client remains responsible for authorship, originality, disclosures, citations, ethical approval, data validity, and compliance with university, journal, conference, employer, or funding-body rules.
ASDeploy will not knowingly complete an examination, impersonate a student or researcher, fabricate data or citations, conceal plagiarism or research misconduct, or assist with fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful academic activity.
ASDeploy does not guarantee publication, acceptance, examination success, grades, funding, regulatory approval, marketplace approval, or any decision by a university, journal, publisher, reviewer, employer, platform, or authority.
5. Quotations, fees, and payments
Quotations are based on the information available when issued and may expire after 14 days unless another validity period is stated. Prices may change if scope, volume, complexity, files, timeline, or requirements change.
ASDeploy may require full advance payment, a deposit, milestone payments, or payment before editable or final source files are released. Work may be paused when payment is overdue, and deadlines may be extended accordingly.
Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for bank charges, currency-conversion charges, withholding taxes, transfer costs, or payment-platform fees imposed on the client’s side.
6. Scope changes
New deliverables, additional pages or features, replacement source material, a changed design direction, reworking approved content, new publisher or institutional requirements, additional formats, integrations, meetings, or support may be treated as a scope change.
ASDeploy may provide a revised fee and schedule before performing work outside the original scope.
7. Revisions
The included revision allowance will be stated in the project agreement. A revision is a reasonable correction or adjustment needed to bring a deliverable into conformity with the original agreed scope.
A new concept, changed source material, expanded scope, or reversal of previously approved instructions is not an included revision and may require an additional fee. Revision requests should be clear, consolidated, and submitted within the agreed review period.
8. Timelines and client delays
Project dates are estimates unless expressly identified in writing as guaranteed. A schedule begins only after required payment, complete instructions, usable source materials, and necessary access have been received.
ASDeploy is not responsible for delays caused by late materials, delayed feedback, scope changes, payment delays, corrupt files, third-party platforms, power or internet interruptions, or events outside reasonable control. Client-caused delays may require rescheduling according to current availability.
9. Delivery and review
Deliverables may be supplied through email, cloud storage, a code repository, a file-transfer service, a marketplace platform, or another agreed method.
Unless a different period is agreed, the client should report any material failure to meet the agreed scope within seven calendar days after delivery. Requests made after the review period or after approval may be treated as additional paid work.
10. Intellectual property
The client retains ownership of materials supplied to ASDeploy and grants ASDeploy a limited right to process those materials only as reasonably necessary to assess, perform, deliver, and support the project.
ASDeploy retains ownership of pre-existing templates, general methods, know-how, reusable code, functions, libraries, scripts, components, workflows, internal tools, and materials developed independently of the client’s confidential content.
Ownership or licensing of bespoke final deliverables is determined by the project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, rights transfer or are licensed only after full payment. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.
ASDeploy will not knowingly publish confidential client materials. Portfolio use requires client authorization, an agreed portfolio term, or appropriate anonymization with permission.
11. Confidentiality
Each party should protect the other party’s non-public information using reasonable care. ASDeploy will use client confidential information only as needed to evaluate or perform the project, communicate, maintain required records, provide support, or protect legal rights.
Special confidentiality requirements, nondisclosure agreements, data-location restrictions, or security procedures must be agreed before work begins.
12. Software, automation, and AI-assisted work
Software, AI, automation, data-processing, and visualization outputs may require testing, review, updates, or adaptation to the client’s environment. The client is responsible for testing in a safe environment, maintaining backups, reviewing generated content and results, confirming compatibility, securing credentials, and obtaining appropriate professional review before high-impact use.
AI-assisted outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, bias, formatting issues, or unexpected results. ASDeploy will use reasonable professional care but does not guarantee that an AI-generated output will be error-free or suitable without human review.
Unless expressly agreed, ASDeploy does not provide continuous monitoring, hosting, cybersecurity management, regulated compliance certification, or permanent maintenance after delivery.
13. Third-party services
A project may depend on third-party hosting, email, payment, cloud-storage, AI-model, API, software-library, marketplace, code-repository, publisher, or institutional services. ASDeploy is not responsible for a third party’s downtime, policy changes, pricing changes, security incident, discontinued service, account restriction, output, or decision.
14. Prohibited use
ASDeploy may refuse or terminate work that reasonably appears unlawful, deceptive, harmful, unethical, or inconsistent with these Terms.
- Violating laws, contracts, court orders, intellectual-property rights, or privacy rights.
- Creating malware, phishing systems, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, or harmful code.
- Gaining unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Producing fraudulent documents, fabricated evidence, false research, or deceptive claims.
- Misrepresenting authorship, qualifications, approvals, or results.
- Circumventing academic, employment, marketplace, or regulatory requirements.
15. Disclaimers
ASDeploy provides technical and creative services, not legal, medical, accounting, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
No acceptance, ranking, revenue, publication, grade, certification, commercial outcome, or compatibility with every future software version or third-party system is guaranteed. Portfolio examples are illustrative and do not guarantee identical results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ASDeploy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, reputation, anticipated savings, business, data, or use.
ASDeploy’s total liability arising from a particular project will not exceed the amount actually paid to ASDeploy for the part of the project giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including fraud or deliberate misconduct.
The client must take reasonable steps to reduce avoidable loss, including maintaining backups and testing deliverables before production use.
17. Suspension and termination
ASDeploy may suspend or terminate a project for overdue payment, repeated failure to provide required information, abusive conduct, unlawful or unsafe requests, unacceptable legal or security risk, or material breach of these Terms.
On termination, the client must pay for work completed, time reasonably committed, and non-recoverable costs incurred. Refunds are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the project-specific agreement.
18. Events outside reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, serious illness, internet or electricity failure, war, civil disturbance, government action, widespread cyber incidents, or interruption of essential third-party services.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and ASDeploy’s services are governed by the laws of Pakistan, except where mandatory consumer law in the client’s jurisdiction applies and cannot lawfully be excluded.
Before formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through written communication and reasonable negotiation. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Pakistan will have jurisdiction.
20. Changes and contact
ASDeploy may update these Terms for future website use and future projects. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing paid project unless agreed in writing or required by law.
